All bookings made through YatraNest are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered valid only after full or partial payment is received. YatraNest reserves the right to accept or decline any booking request without providing a reason. Travelers must provide accurate information at the time of booking to avoid delays or cancellations.
Payments must be made within the timelines mentioned during booking. Failure to pay on time may result in automatic cancellation without refund. Accepted payment modes include UPI, debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and approved digital wallets. All prices are subject to change without prior notice based on airline, hotel, or vendor updates.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Refund eligibility depends on airline rules, hotel policies, local operators, and the time of cancellation. Service fees, convenience charges, and booking fees are non-refundable. YatraNest will not be responsible for delays in refunds initiated by third-party vendors.
Travelers must carry valid IDs, travel permits, passes, and documents required for the destination. YatraNest is not responsible for denied boarding, entry restrictions, or issues caused due to incomplete or incorrect documentation by the traveler. Health certificates or vaccination proof may be required for some destinations.
YatraNest acts as an intermediary between travelers and hotels, airlines, transport companies, and local partners. We are not liable for delays, accidents, natural calamities, political disturbances, loss of belongings, or any situation beyond our control. Travelers are responsible for personal safety and compliance with local laws.
All services offered by YatraNest are intended for personal travel purposes only. Travelers agree not to misuse the website, fake bookings, or provide fraudulent information. YatraNest reserves the right to suspend services or cancel bookings in case of suspicious activities or violation of any policy stated here.
In rare situations such as weather conditions, local strikes, maintenance issues, or unforeseen events, itineraries may be modified. YatraNest will attempt to offer alternate arrangements, but additional costs may be borne by the traveler if applicable.
